Tax Organizers
Our tax organizer will help you organize your tax information and make sure you don't miss any important deductions. This organizer is designed to help nonprofit organizations collect and report the necessary financial and operational information required for annual IRS compliance. It assists in determining which version of Form 990 needs to be filed:
Form 990-N (e-Postcard): For nonprofits with gross receipts of $50,000 or less.
Form 990-EZ: For nonprofits with gross receipts less than $200,000 and total assets less than $500,000.
Full Form 990: For nonprofits with gross receipts of $200,000 or more or total assets of $500,000 or more.
Important: Even if the only activity during the year was personal contributions to the nonprofit, this still counts as organizational activity and must be reported. This information determines which version of the 990 your nonprofit is required to file.

Seasonal Schedule Notice
Please note that from November through December, our team operates on a reduced schedule. During this period, we are typically finalizing fewer returns, updating our processes for the upcoming tax season, and attending professional training. As a result, response times and return preparation may be slower than usual.
We return to regular, full-time office hours and resume standard turnaround times in mid-January.
Thank you for your understanding and partnership as we prepare for another successful tax season!
